Job Title: Conventional Generation Construction Admin

Location: Onsite- Conway Springs, KS 67031
Duration: 18 months + (Possible Extension)
Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Additional hours as required)
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· The position provides essential administrative and clerical support to the on‑site construction management team throughout a multi‑year construction project.
· Working primarily from an office trailer on an active job site, this role helps maintain project documentation, supports field operations, coordinates communication, and ensures the office runs efficiently.
· The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Administrative support include Project Managers, Project Supervisors, Staff Engineers, and Field Management.
· Handling confidential project documentation.
· Assist with preparing purchase orders, invoice coding, and expense tracking.
· Assists in planning and coordinating training and safety events.
· Prepares monthly expense reports for supported personnel.
· Coordinate travel planning and scheduling for individuals and groups.
· Manage incoming calls, visitors, deliveries, and mail for the project site.
· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow‑up documentation.
· Maintain and organize the office trailer, ensuring supplies, equipment, and documents are readily accessible.
· Coordinate facility scheduling and catering for large meetings and events.
· Create requisitions and receipts for vendors.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or related field is preferred, but not required.
· The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform successfully in a fast paced environment, maintain superior communication skills, and provide support to multiple personnel.
