Job Details
Position Overview: Reporting to the CFO, and partnering with the Director of FP&A, the Controller will oversee our accounting and reporting operations. Controlling operational accounting, general ledger, month-end close, and internal controls. This is a hands on role in addition to team supervision.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Manage the general ledger
- Account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close
- Supervise accounting team
- Cash management and forecasting
- Management and improvement of internal controls
- Identify and implement cost reductions
- Partner with external CPA firm for annual review and tax returns
- Partner with FP&A on pricing, reporting, budget + forecasting
- Partner with CFO on banking and insurance relationships
- Intercompany transactions
- Multi-entity consolidations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 7+ years accounting experience
- 3+ years accounting supervisory experience
- ERP system experience
- Multi-entity accounting
- Experience working with revenues $50M+
- Cash forecasting experience
