What the Controller will do:

• Manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities, including general ledger, month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
• As Controller, lead the preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements, key performance metrics and executive reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts, providing insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• In the position of Controller, partner closely with senior leadership (including operations, supply chain, engineering, and sales) to drive cost improvement initiatives, margin enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Mentor a small finance/accounting team; develop strong processes and systems to scale with the business.

What we’re looking for (the ideal Controller candidate):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience.
