Controller, Global Manufacturing
Our Client, a high-growth global manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, drive reporting accuracy, and partner with operations on performance and cost control.
This Position will pay between 150-160K on a base salary
What You’ll Do
- Own financial reporting and close (monthly/quarterly/year-end, US GAAP)
- Lead accounting ops: GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets
- Manage inventory costing, pricing, and variance analysis
- Support budget, forecast, and financial modeling
- Lead audits and tax coordination with external CPA
What You Bring
- BS in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA a plus
- 8–10+ years in manufacturing; 3–5+ in leadership
- Strong GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory expertise
- ERP experience (SAGE preferred)
- Proven leadership and business partnering skills
Plus: International exposure, ISO/ITAR, lean manufacturing
