Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary
Position Overview
We are conducting a confidential search for a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for a multi-entity, PE-backed organization. This Controller will partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to deliver accurate financial reporting, strong job costing, and scalable accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple legal entities
Own job cost accounting, percentage-of-completion (ASC 606), WIP, and revenue recognition
Manage month-end close, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliations
Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and cost accounting processes
Partner with operations on project costing, forecasting, KPIs, and margin analysis
Maintain internal controls and serve as primary contact for external auditors
Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
4+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity environments
Strong background in job costing, cost accounting, and intercompany accounting
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally
