We are partnering with a well-established organization in Tulare County to identify a Controller to lead accounting operations and support continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys both managing a team and being involved in the details.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Lead the month-end and year-end close process
• Manage cost accounting, inventory, and margin analysis
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for leadership
• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve financial performance
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing or agriculture experience strongly preferred
