- Serve as a functional consultant of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Define and structure master data with a strategic lens, ensuring long-term scalability and accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and optimize business processes (purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP functionality and configuration
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure alignment with business goals
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and reporting requirements to the Swiss holding company (Swiss GAAP knowledge not required)
- Drive change management and user adoption across departments
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, targeting a 4-day close cycle
- Utilize standard templates and reporting tools to streamline financial reporting
- Participate in reconciliation and variance analysis
- Provide insights and updates to leadership on financial performance and ERP integration status
- Sit in on purchase-to-pay discussions to ensure ERP alignment
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve data and process issues
- Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior ERP implementation experience - working with tech team and ensuring workflows are set up properly for accounting team; Experience with full cycle ERP
- Dynamics F&O implementation experience is nice to have
- Understanding of GAAP and/Or IFRS guidelines and how to apply them to a business - nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
