- Manage strategic, key, and market clients while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee team performance, capacity, and training; provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Review financial reports for quality, timeliness, and compliance; ensure audit and SOC 1 control adherence
- Assess and improve team workflows, policies, and operational efficiency; oversee effective implementation
- Support leadership in department goals, projects, and client onboarding; assist with new business proposals and pricing
- Ensure compliance with tax, revenue, and banking requirements; approve financial transactions and schedules
- Perform other duties as needed to support department and organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with solid experience in full-cycle accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Proven experience leading multiple management layers, including supervisors or managers, with a track record of developing leaders, establishing operational processes, and driving accountability
- Strong background in managing teams, delivering performance feedback, coaching, and enhancing team skills and capabilities
- Strong experience with Excel and large ERP systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
