Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly close process and oversee the preparation and review of financial statements across property-level and related family entities
• Supervise and mentor a team while reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, management fees, disbursements, bonus calculations, and partner distributions
• Manage all treasury functions, including wires, ACH, internal transfers, positive pay, online banking administration, and credit card controls
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting, partner with the external tax firm on year-end schedules and estimated payments, and ensure compliance with property tax and business filings
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, lead special projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and ownership

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within multi-entity environments
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting
• Comfortable partnering closely with ownership and operations
