Our client, a fast growing company is seeking a Controller to mentor its accounting team. Amazing opportunity to interact directly with a tenured and experienced leadership team. Logical step up for a Senior Accountant with supervisory experience or Accounting Manager.
Salary: $130,000 to $150,000

Responsibilities and Duties of the Controller:
- Responsible for staff as they prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts for consolidating financials
- Analyze and reconcile lease accounting, expenditures and revenue accounts
- Monitor accuracy of reimbursement billings and receivables, managing cash flow
- Lead the annual and mid-year budget process
- Controller assists auditors with all field audits and exams
- Project manage systems upgrades and reporting as interfacing with accounting
Experience Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA track a plus
- Experienced in ERP systems integration, administration (Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle)
- 5+ years of general accounting experience with 3+ years of management experience
- Strong Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills
