About the Opportunity: Controller

Reporting to Ownership, the Controller oversees all consolidated financial functions, including accounting, reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, tax coordination, and cash management. The Controller will also serve as a key business partner to leadership.

What You’ll Own: Controller

• Lead full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, GL, and month-end close
• Prepare monthly financial statements and consolidated reporting across three entities
• Partner with ownership on financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial accuracy
• Collaborate with operations leadership and external CPA firm
• Identify and implement process and system improvements

• Strong background in managing full-cycle accounting and consolidated reporting
• Track record of strong team collaboration and change leadership
