Responsibilities of the Controller:

Core Accounting & Financial Leadership
• Oversee general ledger management, month‑end close, and financial statement preparation/review
• Manage cash flow and support investment planning
• Coordinate intercompany activity with corporate finance

Cost Accounting & Inventory
• Lead cost accounting, including standard costing and inventory analysis
• Provide accurate costing insights to support pricing, operations, and margin decisions

FP&A & Performance Reporting
• Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
• Partner with operations and HR to analyze business results and support strategic decision‑making

Process Improvement & Cross‑Functional Partnership
• Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement across the finance function
• Collaborate effectively across departments

Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience
• Strong background in cost accounting, analytics, and inventory management
• Experience with cash flow management and presenting insights to senior leadership
