Position: Controller
Location: Greater Hartford Area
Salary: $110,000–$130,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and support strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role and/or a related degree
- Experience with Epicor ERP software is required
