About the Role:
We’re seeking a Controller to lead financial operations for a multi-state business unit in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing a team, overseeing month-end and year-end close, and ensuring accuracy across all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage and mentor a team
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance for multiple locations
- Partner with leadership to support growth and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years in a leadership position
- Experience with construction industry accounting strongly preferred
- Union experience is a significant advantage
