Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance operations, including close, reporting, and controls
• Drive evaluation and implementation of new accounting and financial systems
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to executive leadership and the board
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial strategy
• Manage and develop a small accounting team
• Partner with external advisors on audit, tax, insurance, and banking matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands‑on experience with system implementation or finance process improvement
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, on‑site environment
• Strong communicator able to explain financial information to non‑finance audiences
• Interested in long‑term impact, stability, and mission‑driven work
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $120,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (10-15%)
