Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ateam of 6–8
- Overseefull-cycle, multi-entity, multi-state accounting
- OwnController-level month-end close + financial reporting
- Driveinventory and cost accountingacross locations
- Providecash flow forecasting and insightsto leadership
- Implement and refineController SOPs + internal controls
- Partner withoperations + executive leadership
- Supportaudit processes and compliance
- OverseeERP systems and financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- Restaurant / hospitality Controller experience
- Proven experience managingController or accounting teams (6+)
- Stronghands-on Controller-level accounting background
- Experience inmulti-state / multi-entity environments
- ERP experience (R365, Odoo, or similar) preferred
- CPA or pursuing is a plus
- Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
