Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee and support key financial operations.
Manage month-end close, financial statements, and reporting
Oversee payroll and benefits processes
Handle inventory reporting and reconciliations within a manufacturing environment
Prepare and file various tax reports and ensure compliance
Support annual audits and provide required documentation
Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner with leadership on financial reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with payroll, tax reporting, and compliance
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a hands-on environment
Strong communication skills
