Our client, a well-established service company headquartered in Fresno County, is seeking a Controller to lead their accounting function and support continued organizational stability and growth. - Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and operational improvements
- Lead, mentor, and support members of the accounting team
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
