Location: Fort Lauderdale (On-Site)
Salary Range: $90,000 - 110,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial management as the firm scales
- Design, implement, and automate systems to streamline high-volume processes and support scaling of office network
- Own, review, and update SOPs and internal controls across finance, directly impacting audit-readiness, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
- Partner with firm leadership to forecast, budget, and support growth strategy (headcount expansion)
Qualifications of the Controller:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5-10+ years of full cycle accounting experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and optimize accounting/finance operations without existing playbooks; experience designing/implementing SOPs or automating manual processes.
- Manufacturing industry experience highly desired
