Title: Financial Controller
Salary: Up to $170K base salary DOE + 15% annual performance bonus + comprehensive benefits package
Commute: Full-time, on-site in Carson, CA (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams across multiple brands, fostering a high-performance culture and investing in the growth of direct reports
• Oversee financial consolidation across entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reporting
• Ensure compliance across all financial operations and reporting requirements
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller
• 3+ years in retail, consumer goods, or food industry
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of direct reports
• Hands-on consolidation experience across multiple brands or business units
• Background managing financial operations within organizations with $250M+ in annual revenue
