Salary Range: $122,000 - $171,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Direct all cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis for production.
• Lead the development and management of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, operational efficiencies, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place and adhered to, maintaining compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage financial planning and analysis activities, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in manufacturing accounting and finance.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Multi-site or global manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with advanced ERP modules specific to manufacturing costing (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle Cost Management).
