Job Title: Controller
Salary: $120,000–$170,000 + bonus opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
- Oversee multi‑currency accounting, close operations, and internal controls
- Manage audit activities and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational scalability
- Provide financial insights and partner with leadership on strategic decisions
- Lead and develop a high‑performing accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
- Manufacturing experience required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- Expertise in multi‑entity and multi‑currency consolidation
- Proven ability to enhance processes, lead teams, and support executive‑level decision making
