Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities of the Controller Role:
- Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger oversight
- Prepare and analyze accurate, timely financial statements
- Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance procedures
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial goals
Preferred Qualification for the Controller Role:
- Proven experience as a Controller or senior-level accounting leader
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
