EXECELLENT LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY to work for a premier Construction Management/general contractor in business 70 years with a division that self-performs site work, demo, concrete and carpentry on design/build services. 90% of their client base is repeat business in building commercial, retail, healthcare, educational and multi-unit projects.

You will be “The Right Hand Person” to the President, who is out of the office five days per month and two months in the fall season, serving his active military duty!!

Current volume $35M, max. bonding $80M, single project $20M.

POSITION REQUIRES “A SHIRT SLEAVE CONTROLLER DUTIES” in charge of two accounting clerks.

In charge of the monthly financial statements and planning, cash flow analysis, and taking ownership of the financial aspects of the company. WIP reports, monthly and quarterly taxes. Prepares financial year end work papers for outside CPA to prepare annual tax returns.

Computer Software:  Viewpoint/Vista for all accounting/HR/Payroll. Recently updated system, it is now a cloud based, a robust software system.

Education Requirements: B.S. degree in accounting, Masters, a major plus.
