Controller
Our client is seeking a Controller to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial and accounting leader who thrives in wanting to make a significant impact. The Controller will play a key role in overseeing accounting operations and ensuring financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Manage and mentor accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
