Joule is currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to become the central expert for our client's Contract Management System (CSM). In this role, you’ll ensure smooth contract operations across the organization—supporting users, improving processes, and driving system excellence that enables teams to work efficiently and confidently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary CSM superuser and internal point of contact.
- Provide day?to?day system support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, Procurement, Sales Ops, and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize templates, workflows, clause libraries, approval paths, and system configurations.
- Lead user setup, permissions, training, job aids, and documentation.
- Monitor contract workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and integrity within Conga.
- Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new functionality and updates.
- Contribute to SOPs, governance practices, and usage metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in contracts administration, CSMs, legal/contract ops, system administration, or similar roles.
- Experience with Conga Contracts / Conga CLM strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and multitasking abilities.
