As a Contracts Administrator Lead Associate, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contract management - from negotiation and proposal development to contract administration, compliance oversight and customer engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, ensuring all contractual activities align with FAA objectives, company goals and policies, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring smooth transitions and successful contract completions.
Support proposal efforts by reviewing Request for Proposals (RFP), participating in RFP and proposal review meetings, contract pre-award meetings, conducting negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract.
Review, interpret, and resolve issues impacting company compliance and satisfaction of legal requirements.
Provide support to internal program teams, to include highly complex problem solving, and providing creative solutions
Serve as focal point for communication with program management, legal, finance, and other business disciplines to resolve issues and disputes.
Manage contract change control processes to include reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with the program team and complex solicitations and non-routine proposals.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and other business agreements.
Support establishing associate contractor agreements (ACAs).
Develop strong customer relationships, interacting frequently, and working as a team leader to resolve issues and streamline processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and at least 12 years of prime contract administration experience is required.
16+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Self-starter and independent worker with good organizational and computer skills
Requires a working knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills necessary for working in a team environment
Thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment by working with diverse teams to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Experience working proposal responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), participating in RFP and proposal review meetings, contract pre-award meetings, conducting negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract.
Must be willing to travel to customer sites in Seattle, Washington area.
Desired Qualifications
NCMA certified (CPCM, CFCM, CCMA)
Deltek experience is a plus
Proficient working within a Contract Lifecycle Management tool such as GovWin or UNISON
Experience with cost plus award fee (CPAF) contracts
Experience working with the FAA

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
