Job Summary
This position will be responsible for reconciling Inventory at refined product Expense terminals, Co-owned terminals, Equity Terminals, Pipeline and Marine locations using the new ETRM Software (i.e. RightAngle). Analyze, interpret and resolve any out of balance conditions to ensure that inventory is accurately stated. Coordinate and communicate findings to other Companies, Supply and Marketing to resolve outstanding items in a timely manner and ascertain that we are in compliance with operational agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma but prefer a bachelors degree
Prefer at least 2 years’ experience with SAP or similar ERP applications, Microsoft Office
Ability to research simple inventory and billing questions.
Ability to work in a team/ co-worker environment.

- Ensure the accurate and timely actualization of all LightOil Hydrocarbon inventory movements for the entire inventory system.
- Collaborate and consult with operations personnel such as schedulers, traders, Product Supply contract administration, Master Data and Terminal field personnel in order to analyze volumetric issues for resolution of inventory transactions and issues with third parties.
- Research simple inventory and billing questions.
- Ability to work in a team/ co-worker environment.
- Ensure all equity terminals are in balance before inventory closes in RightAngle on the 3rd business day of the month. This will ensure all transactions that need to be considered for current month earnings will be included in the appropriate month.
- Provide assistance with various month end, quarter end, and year end closing activities impacting inventories and terminal agreement revenue.
- Travel to owned or Co-owned terminal locations and conduct physical terminal inventory count observations in collaboration with Supply, Terminal Operations, and Internal auditors
