- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency and med-surg departments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in patient and family education to promote understanding and compliance
