As a Registered Nurse in the Cardio IC unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures. With a manageable staffing ratio of 2:1 and a supportive team environment, you'll have the resources you need to succeed.
- Provide comprehensive care to post-operative cardiac patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize Cerner for documentation and Pyxis for medication management
- Float to MS/Tele assignments and assist with tasks in the Emergency Department as needed
- Self-schedule with weekend coverage of 6 shifts in a six-week period
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
