About the Role:

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter with experience in multifamily or property management recruiting to support high-volume hiring across our portfolio. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring for onsite positions such as:

  • Leasing Consultants

  • Assistant Property Managers

  • Property Managers

  • Maintenance Technicians

  • Make-Ready Technicians

  • Groundskeepers

This position requires a sense of urgency, strong partnership with Regional and Property Managers, and the ability to manage multiple active requisitions across various communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite property management roles

  • Partner with Regional Managers and Property Managers to understand staffing needs and community-specific requirements

  • Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill maintenance and onsite positions

  • Build pipelines for high-turnover and recurring roles

  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for culture and performance fit

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with hiring teams

  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS

  • Provide weekly updates on open roles, time-to-fill metrics, and recruiting challenges

  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

 

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (multifamily or real estate preferred)

  • Experience recruiting for high-volume, multi-site environments

  • Proven success sourcing maintenance technicians and onsite property staff

  • Ability to manage 15–25+ active requisitions at a time

  • Strong understanding of urgency in property operations (vacancies, make-ready timelines, staffing shortages)

  • Experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, and other job boards

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for Class A, B, and C multifamily communities

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
