Position OverviewWe are seeking a mid-level Contract Recruiter to support hiring for our end client, a growing engineering firm. This recruiter will focus on corporate and business support hiring, with an emphasis on HR, accounting, and administrative roles.This person will partner closely with HR leaders and functional group stakeholders to manage a steady workload and deliver high-quality candidates across multiple openings. The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively work through large applicant pools, assess talent beyond polished or AI-generated resumes, and identify the candidates who are truly qualified for interview.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an average workload of 15–25 requisitions
  • Support recruiting for HR, accounting, and administrative roles
  • Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers supporting functional groups
  • Review and screen high volumes of applicants and identify the strongest candidates
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination
  • Evaluate candidate fit beyond surface-level resume presentation
  • Provide hiring teams with well-vetted candidates for interview
  • Stay organized and effective while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
  • Mid-level recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting hiring for administrative, HR, and accounting roles
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple open requisitions
  • Strong screening and assessment skills, with the ability to identify true candidate fit
  • Comfortable working through large applicant pools and making sound recruiting decisions
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
