Contract Project Manager / Superintendent (Commercial Renovation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedContract Project Manager / Superintendentto lead the renovation of ahotel lobby, bar, and restaurantin downtown Houston. This is afull-time, on-site contract positionwith a duration of approximately6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily on-site supervision and management of all project activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Maintain project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with owners, design teams, and vendors.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project delivery.

• Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience incommercial project management, specifically interior renovations in the hospitality sector.
  • Established relationships with Houston-area subcontractorsrequired.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Must be available forfull-time, on-site supervisionin downtown Houston for the duration of the project.

  
  

  Compensation:

  • $10,000 per month (contract/1099 basis)

  
  

  Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional weekends or evenings as needed to meet deadlines
