As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for patients by providing comprehensive care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prioritizing start of care visits and ensuring timely completion
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants to maintain high-quality care
• Reporting start of care visits the next day
• Completing clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of visits
• Maintaining timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff
• Being generally responsive during normal business hours

Requirements for this position include:

• Active CA PT License
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Proficiency in using Kinnser documentation system
• Ability to work a schedule of 40 hours per week, Saturday-Wednesday
• Willingness to expand territory as needed
