Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000, plus discretionary bonus


Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, master agreements, purchase orders, and related documents

  • Lead a team of contract professionals, including contract administrators and specialists

  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate contractual risks to project managers and leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding contract matters

  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and provide regular reports on contract status and performance metrics

  • Collaborate with project management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to integrate contracts into workflows

  • Continuously improve contract management processes, including standardized templates, tools, and procedures


Preferred Qualifications for the Contracts Manager:

  • Experience managing a team of contract or administrative professionals

  • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and risk management

  • Familiarity with ERP/contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously

  • Professional integrity and proactive problem-solving approach

  • Experience with electrical construction contracts or master service agreements a plus
