Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000, plus discretionary bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, master agreements, purchase orders, and related documents
Lead a team of contract professionals, including contract administrators and specialists
Identify, mitigate, and communicate contractual risks to project managers and leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding contract matters
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards
Maintain accurate contract documentation and provide regular reports on contract status and performance metrics
Collaborate with project management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to integrate contracts into workflows
Continuously improve contract management processes, including standardized templates, tools, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications for the Contracts Manager:
Experience managing a team of contract or administrative professionals
Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and risk management
Familiarity with ERP/contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
Professional integrity and proactive problem-solving approach
Experience with electrical construction contracts or master service agreements a plus
