Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who can seamlessly transition between the ER and MedSurg units, providing exceptional care to all who walk through the door.
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of a small, close-knit team, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. Your adaptability and expertise will be crucial as you manage a variety of cases in both the ER and MedSurg settings.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in both ER and MedSurg units
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including LPNs and CNAs
- Utilize Athena EMR for accurate and efficient patient documentation
- Maintain a patient ratio of up to 5:1, typically around 1:3
- Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Previous travel and Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
