• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• W2 Contract

ROLE IMPACT
The Contract Compliance Administrator ensures contractual, purchasing, and financial activities are executed accurately and in full compliance with established policies and regulations. This role supports procurement integrity, payment accuracy, and contract oversight to reduce risk and maintain operational efficiency. Success is defined by precise documentation, timely processing, and strong cross-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced administrative support for large-scale purchasing and procurement activities across departments
• Oversee purchasing card (P-card) activity; track and monitor price agreements, requisitions, purchase orders, and contractual obligations
• Review documentation to ensure payment requests are processed according to policy and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a contract database to track provider and consultant agreements, change orders, supplemental agreements, and subcontractor updates
• Prepare lease documents for facility usage; verify tenant insurance compliance with municipal requirements
• Monitor fixed assets and inventory; conduct audits and support asset maintenance functions
• Prepare reports on contract and financial activity for leadership review
• Process bank wire transfers to expedite loan funding and contractor payments
• Interpret contract language and provide guidance on compliance matters
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, procurement, or inventory management
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and database software for reporting and financial tracking
• Equipment & Work Environment
• Standard office environment in downtown Dallas
• Employee responsible for own parking expenses
• Extensive computer use, data entry, and document review
• Frequent communication with internal departments and external partners
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of municipal contract policies and procurement procedures
• Familiarity with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
