- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and A3/DMAIC methodology.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and process mapping to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Implement process controls and ensure improvements are sustained long term.
- Partner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute Continuous Improvement plans for production lines.
- Improve Continuous Improvement skills of Operations Leadership through formalized training plans and continued support.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including OEE, labor utilization, downtime, and scrap/waste.
- Conduct time studies, bottleneck analyses, and workflow evaluations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visual management tools to support data driven decisions.
- Lead improvement and cost savings projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop project charters, risk assessments, timelines, and resource plans.
- Present project progress and operational impact to senior leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and Maintenance to evaluate processes and improve performance.
- Provide coaching to supervisors and teams on Continuous I tools and standard work practices.
- Participate in plant-wide strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations analysis, continuous improvement, or process improvement.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and presenting insights to operations leadership is strongly preferred.
- Leadership style that supports a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, process capability, and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence teams across the facility.
- Hands on, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
