Role focused on handling workflow approvals, managing queues, and supporting data entry/processing activities in a Vendor Management System (VNDLY). It’s a high-volume, process-driven position where attention to detail and consistency are key.

- Mitigating risk
Industry background:
- MSP/Onboarding experience
- Customer service experience
Team Dynamic:
- Team of 6 people
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reporting
- Clean up efforts
- Audits of system information
- Pre-onboarding steps for SOW contingent workers
- Creating new SOW contracts into Vndly
- Team mailbox collaboration
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Excel skills
- Microsoft office
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Vendor Management System experience (Vndly or other)
Soft Skills:
- Quick learner
- Collaborative partner
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor required
Interview Process:
- At least one, possibly two interviews with hiring manager
