Consumer Support Worker - Jasper/Adam Bishop Center - Full Time

Provide appropriate billable services as indicated on the current treatment plan

Prepare outpatient client information for MD/CRNP

Verify compliance with MD/CRNP appointments and verify medication compliance

Evaluate clients for an increase in symptoms and stressors

Recommend referrals to appropriate programs/staff

Conduct urine drug screens on clients and/or employees as needed

Provide backup for the front desk as requested and perform other tasks as assigned

This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview

Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, High School Transcripts, or GED/HS Equivalency Certificate

- Experience working with children is preferred but not required

- A current/valid non-expired driver's license or state-issued ID card

The minimum age for employment is 18

If the position requires driving,

you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and type 40+ wpm

- Social security card - Orientation is required for employment

There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m

and 4 p.m

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m
