Consumer Loan Officer Trainee - Sales & Business Development

Federal Way, WA | $24.91 – $26.65 per hour | Full-Time (In Office)

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers primarily by phone to understand their financing needs and present lending solutions
• Obtain and input direct consumer loan application information
• Analyze and evaluate credit applications and assist with loan decisions
• Help customers resolve past-due accounts and identify payment solutions
• Work toward obtaining discretionary credit approval for direct consumer loans

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or financial experience working directly with customers (call center sales experience preferred)
• Finance, banking, lending, or credit industry experience preferred
• College degree strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Must authorize and pass a criminal and credit background check
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (+$1 per hour)
