Our client, a leading consumer products organization, is seeking a Consumer Care Associate to join their team. As a Consumer Care Associate, you will be part of the Quality & Regulatory Operations department, supporting R&D, factory partners, and cross‑functional quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail, which will align well with the organization.

 

Job Title: Consumer Care Associate
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30–$35/hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all case workflows.
  • Coordinate the product complaints process by managing product returns, compiling internal documentation, and routing cases to the appropriate teams (no direct consumer calls).
  • Receive, retain, and organize returned physical products while maintaining detailed investigation logs and tracking records.
  • Process labels, incoming consumer “white mail,” medical records, and outgoing packages, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, factories, quality evaluators, and external agencies to keep investigations moving and ensure timely follow‑ups.

  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and documentation flows without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with cross‑functional and overseas partners.
  • Tech‑savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Customer‑service minded, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency when handling case details, refunds, and documentation.
  • Comfortable with hands‑on work, including handling and retaining returned physical products in a fast‑paced environment.
