"Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing).
"Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality.
"Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs.
"Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions.
"Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance.
"Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
Core Skills & Knowledge
"Strong understanding of distribution industry processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory control).
"Hands-on experience with ERP configuration and process optimization.
