Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for LNG and LPG facilities, ensuring adherence to engineering documents provided by external firms
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth construction operations
• Administer drawings and project documentation in the field to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all site personnel meet training, operator qualification, and PHSMA drug and alcohol requirements
• Provide safety oversight through field observations and coordinate safety needs with the safety team
• Secure all necessary site, operational, and agency permits before commencing work
• Track materials, collect receipts, and support financial reconciliation processes
• Support RFIs and document field changes in coordination with the Project Manager
• Coordinate inspections and maintain inspection documentation using standard templates, SharePoint, daily reports, and photographs
• Manage the project lifecycle from definition through implementation, supporting change management as needed

• 4-8+ years of relevant construction supervision or construction management experience
• Prior experience working in industrial or regulated environments such as LNG, LPG, or high-pressure gas facilities
• Strong safety mindset with authority to stop work if unsafe conditions exist
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, especially when supporting the Eau Claire site
• Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Construction management or engineering education preferred but not required; experience is primary
