Construction Superintendent

Qualifications 

• You’ve been a superintendent before—and you can run a site without constant supervision. (Commercial/industrial experience is a plus.) 
• You lead from the front: organized, steady, and able to coordinate multiple trades.
• You communicate clearly, real answers, no runaround. 
• You know construction means/methods, safety, and quality—and you don’t cut corners. 
• You can read drawings/specs, catch conflicts early, and keep work aligned with the scope. 
• Valid driver’s license and able to meet jobsite screening requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the day-to-day jobsite—keep the crew moving, the site safe, and the schedule honest. 
• Coordinate subs, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics (and keep the jobsite clean enough to be proud of). 
• Be the go-to communicator in the field—PMs, owners, subs, inspectors—everyone knows what’s happening and what’s next. 
• Stay ahead of issues: track progress, flag risks early, and bring solutions (not surprises). 
• Know the plans/specs and hold the line on quality—work should match the drawings, code, and scope. 
• Drive punch list and closeout—finish strong and hand over a project everyone’s happy to sign off on.
