Job Details

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys running complex infrastructure projects, leading field teams, and having real ownership over jobsite operations.

What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater treatment construction projects
Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors to ensure milestones are achieved
Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality control
Coordinate inspections, subcontractor work, and material deliveries
Resolve field challenges and maintain project productivity
Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite documentation
Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and municipal requirement

What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in construction
Experience on water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or municipal utility infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of heavy civil or municipal construction practices
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage complex jobsite schedules
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to maintain high safety and quality standards on active construction sites
