Construction Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from preconstruction to closeout.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and maintain project schedule.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and make sure all safety protocol is followed through life of the project.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timely services.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree, certification, or extensive previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Specifically experience in supervising higher education or science and technology projects.
• Strong familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, & Scheduling software
• Strong leadership qualities & negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Safety minded and OSHA 10/30 certified.
