Construction Superintendent - Residential

Our client is seeking a Residential Superintendent to support its Single Family division in the greater Indianapolis area. Although the internal title may vary, this role functions as a superintendent-level position responsible for jobsite execution, quality control, and scheduling across residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jobsite operations for single-family residential projects
- Manage quality control and ensure work is completed to company standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage trade schedules
- Supervise and manage hourly labor as required
- Monitor project progress and proactively address jobsite issues
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for assigned projects
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential construction supervision or field leadership
- Experience working with subcontractors or specialty contractors preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
- College degree is a plus
