Location: On-site role based out of Mansfield, CT with local project travel (no relocation).Note: Must have 4+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, permanent U.S. work authorization, and proven ability to run the field (subs, schedule, safety, quality) from start to finish.

Job Description
- Lead on-site execution for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors and daily field activities to hit schedule, quality, and safety targets
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover with a strong focus on quality control
- Partner closely with the Project Manager on planning, logistics, and change management
- Run jobsite meetings, drive accountability, and remove roadblocks quickly
- Maintain jobsite documentation (daily reports, progress photos, safety logs) using Procore or similar
- Enforce OSHA best practices and maintain a clean, professional jobsite
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Experience managing multiple trades, schedules, and field logistics in live environments
- Strong understanding of drawings, specs, sequencing, and construction means/methods
- Procore (or similar) preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and calm problem-solving style
- College degree not required; field leadership experience is the priority
- Local to the Mansfield, CT area (no relocation)
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
