QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of commercial building practices and codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Experience managing multiple trades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Healthcare & Retail experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Maintain project schedule and meet milestone deadlines
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Lead site meetings and communicate progress with project managers
- Resolve field issues proactively
